I received Devaronian species entry by killing the White Maw Pirates in the Norther entry of the Star of Coruscant.
Please add this to the Hoth species list
Confirmed. Got Devaronian species entry in Terror Brigand Compound, North East corner of Glacial Fissure map (aprox x: 1029, y:-1107). You must kill one of the Devaronian pirates to get it.
