I’m unable to get some the ones from quests seeing as I’m a trooper, so how do unlock these entries?
the locations X-Y chance when you get full discovery of the map, AKA the map moves. so are the locations for the beast on a fully discovered map, or a non discovered map.
also the tythhonian war droid seems to be in a jedi knight only phase.
Tythonian War Droids are available to nonTython worlders. Just have to kill those in the valley where the bunch are.
gotten 17/24 codex entrys for thython ( as a tropper) havent found:

manka cat ( killed several manka cats, and savage manka cats)
terentatek (posibly due to the fact that they dont belong on this planet)
Locations:
the chamber of speech ( as it is quest reliant, cant get quest on tython as a trooper)
Organizations:
Twi-lek Pilgrims (is quest reliant)
Persons of note:
Satele Shan (quest reliant)
Species:
Flesh Raiders (quest reliant)
Zabrak (quest reliant)
Conclusion, this list is a bit errorful, for other classes.
You can get the Chamber of Speech as a nonTython class by killing the Lore Guardian at the end and then stepping back into the area by the Ancient Computer.
1. Satele Shan Person of note entry can be gotten by locating her Lore Plaque INSIDE the Jedi Temple
2. easiest way to get the Manka Cat entry is to do the Pilgrim Medicine quest which is started via a Datapad located in Flesh Raider territory.
3. Doing the Steps of Kalivari Quest should net you the Pilgrims Organization entry.
As a Jedi Consular going back at level 50 to fill up my codex entries I was unable to get the following codex entries for Tython:
Satele Shan (Possibly only possible for Jedi Knights)
Terentatek (There is no Stalking Terentatek on this planet or at least noone has found it and that is likely the beast that gives the codex update)

Note: I had to go to Balmorra to get the Wingmaw update as there are none on Tython.
I thik it’s pretty absurd for there to be entries only certain classes can get, but have them in the codex for all classes, so the rest can’t complete them and get whatever reward comes from it, if any.
ALso, the Tython codex shows 6 lore entries, but there are only 5 listed here.
The Principles of Rajivari,
Wingmaw & Terentatek leaves the jedi knight stuck to be 27/30 for the planet Tython’s codex altho that been said i have read there are work arounds for the 2 bestiary types at later stage of game via similar creatures. which will leave the consular quest with rajivani un obtainable with out a ticket to support. yet F2P players dont get this chance.

I obtained SPECIES codex for “Togruta” in the Jedi Temple, 2nd floor, datapad on shelf near wall, -350,-548.
Togruta species codex is here, but due the game files, it is categorized as Uknown Planet.
entries are across your legacy meaning that if your trooper cannot get droids use a jedi knight till lvl 5 and make it to mark I droids get 3-4 per quest delete jedi and repeat until you have all 15 glad you list where the wingmaw lore is located i have scoured map looking for it and it is on a different planet
I went on my trooper and got all Achevements so far but the flesh Raider I have not when n a shooting spree yet i am dong that now and will let your all know but it is possible to get at least 21/22 hopefully ill get the last one on my shooting spree 😎 any one wanting to be shown any of this im on Harbinger
