Ok, is this a Republic thing? The coordinates fall into a circular structure south east of the hospital, that I have found no entrance to… In the hospital, no level is labeled research center and on the third floor where the elite is there are no tables. ???
There are 2 Codex’s with same name : “Rakghoul Disease” . This one is lvl 16 Republic only , there is however lvl 32 Empire u are probably looking for .
[REPUBLIC] Entrance to the hopsital basement is located at The Sinking City > Collapsed Medical District. Coordinates X: -445 Y: -357 Z: -171.
Next enter the Dynamet General Hospital > Research Level. Proceed to a ramp, and go to the second level of the basement. You will see an elite Rakghoul Plaguebearer guarding the lore object. The lore object is a datapad that says “Rakghoul Disease” on the table. Coordinate X: -338 Y: -246 Z: -175.
Hello,there is difference between the Empire and Republic lore,before here on this web been noted to Empire version was removed,thats not not true,just its on different place,republic lore is underground, see screenshots,and empire lore is inside the hospital,above ground on 1st stage,it take me while to find it,i dont remmeber coord`s,but he is still there.If some person wiling make donation of screenshots of this empire lore for other people,that might be handy for them.Thanks /and you welcome …/
For the Republic. Enter the basement. Go all the way to the bottom. Then up a ramp to the 2nd floor of the basement. Datapad on a table, protected by Elite rakghoul plaguebearer. Coordinates x-338,y-246.

The Empire lore object is in the hospital on the second floor.
Look on a bed beside a kolto tank near the stairs going up to the 3rd level.
Above ground, *not* in the basement.
