To get this datacron you have to enter the 2nd bottom door on the left of the main hall, Follow the Grand Starway to the Mezzanine (2nd floor) and go to the coordenates.

Body type 3 and 4 characters cannot get through the door.
Body type 3 here. I tried running right up to the door and using the ‘/stuck’ command, but it still wouldn’t let me in. I’m sure this will be patched soon enough.
Here’s an exploit that I can confirm works.
Invite a friend with body type 1 or 2 and have them go through the gap in the door. Aggro the 4 mobs and have them kill you while you’re standing right next to the door. If you’re too high a level (like I was), take off all your gear. Once dead, get your friend to stand near the stairwell and revive you. If all goes well, you should be on the other side of that door!
Here is a way to do it solo. I’m body type 3. Span jump and C as fast as you can while running at it. (C opens the character sheet). It might take a while but if you get lucky and lag your client enough while jumping you can squeeze through.
I can confirm that this works for body type 3 (at least I think it’s 3 – the tall broad one). To get it to work, I turned on autorun (num lock) and used the right mouse button to continually adjust my angle slightly while repeatedly spamming jump and C with the other hand.
confirm ! … I’m body type 3 and after puting auto run on , and spaming C and jump toguether … it took a few seconds , it buged , and I was the side of the door 🙂
All fixed. Preparation for the 4th size – no problem.
