          Above coordinates are incorrect, likely in part thanks to the map bug that’s been present since … beta(?). (When you open the map, the “player” coordinates shown are incorrect. If you move just a little, they will update to your actual location.)

          Correct coordinates for Captain Bathens (mission giver NPC), are X: 3362, Y: -3099. Entrance to Port Pevaria is roughly X: 3292, Y: -3103.
