This is the last enemy within the mission Final Stage – Geonosian War. The first mission in this line is Stage 1 – Geonosian War, it is activated when you defeat Geonosian Forces in area. Upon completing Geonosian War missions the first time you can not repeat them again and since Polarin the War Marshal is behind an instanced area, you need to group up with someone else who have it. | No loot tables have been made yet. wanted to make this a little easier for the next person.. to get champion of Tatooine achievement, in order to down Polarin the War Marshal, you have to start the Tatoonine bonus series quest and several quests in you get the mission to kill the war marshal. hope this helps
Oh….and did they fail to mention you need a Republic side character to complete him? You do. This is not available to Empire side characters.

For those of you who need their hands held a little more (like me…)
This is a bonus series WITHIN the “Tatooine: Bonus Series” that you get when you complete the Tatooine Story. The main bonus series is given by an NPC at the spaceport by the GSI terminal. Once you get that, just start completing all the quests it gives you. Eventually you will get the staged bonus quests that you need when you start killing geonosians.
Hope this helps. Took me a day to figure out which bonus series everyone kept talking about.
To complete this achievement you must be:
1.) republic
2.) lvl 60 or over
3.) not have already completed the Tatooine: bonus series
4.) talk to Galen Besk back at the spaceport entrance
5.) complete quest until you are on the “Militia’s Trial” quest
6.) kill a geonosian in the mission area
7.) complete every stage of the bonus quest for the “Militia’s Trial” mission (stage 1, 2, 3 ect…)
confirmed as 6.1.1a still need to do the bonus series to able to kill him
