SWTOR Life Day Event 2014 Guide

From December 16, 2014 until January 6, 2015 SWTOR fans will celebrate Life Day Event with massive snowball fights, festive fireworks and new rewards. If you participated in last year’s Life day event, all achievements that you completed are saved.

How to start Life Day event

Look for “Master of Ceremonies” vendor in the Galactic Trade Market area on the main Fleet and purchase Life Day Snowball Bomb for 1000 credits.The following items can be also purchased from this vendor:

How to obtain Snow-Covered Parcels

When you purchase Life Day Snowball Bomb for credits from the “Master of Ceremonies” vendor and throw it at players or vendors, you have a chance to earn Snow-Covered Parcels. Then, you can exchange the parcels for festive rewards like the “Sleigh I” mount and new Life Day Holo-trees. Unfortunately your have about 10% to gain Snow-Covered Parcel after throwing a bomb. In the list below we listed all the possible ways to get parcels:

• Throw bomb at other players. You can get parcels even from the players with debuff, but only if they didn’t get debuff from you.
• Throwing snowballs at companions
• Throwing snowballs at vendors

Life Day Achievements

Achievements for this event are found in Achievements / Events / General / Life Day. Each of them will reward you with 25 points.

1. Jolly Parcel Peddler (During the Life Day event, find Snow-Covered Parcels by using the Life Day Snowball Bomb). Special Reward – Legacy Title: “Life Day Celebrant”.
2. >Merry Life Day To All! (During the Life Day event, find Snow-Covered Parcels by using the Life Day Snowball Bomb).
3. To All A Good Night! (During the Life Day event, find 100 Snow-Covered Parcels by using the Life Day Snowball Bomb). Special Reward – Legacy Title: “A Special Snowflake”.
4. Holiday Hero (During the Life Day event, recieve a decoration by using the Life Day Snowball Bomb).

How to obtain colorful Holo-tree

Visit Dromund Kaas, Coruscant and Nar Shaddaa and look for new Parcel Droids. They have a small chance to drop Snow-Covered Parcels. Parcel Droids have a very low chance to respawn as “Overheated” droids that attack anyone who gets close. If you throw a snowball at them you have a chance to get new colorful Holo-tree Stronghold Decorations and a “Holiday Hero” title.
