Just like to point out, as of the current Beta build, the path to the +2 Endurance Datacron is not usable, as an invisible wall exists on the first pipe, preventing you from crossing.

    • Comment by Gadzooks made on November 28, 2011 at 10:32 pm

I can confirm that an invisible wall blocks the +2 end datacron on the first pipe you have to run across.

    • Comment by Jay made on November 29, 2011 at 5:31 pm

      i can confirm it too

    • Comment by Hannes made on December 3, 2011 at 5:16 pm

was still able to get there (sneaking bellow the broken piepes) its tricky, but possible

    • Comment by JK made on December 16, 2011 at 8:14 am

Invisible wall seems to be gone now. Available in the Early access builld.

      • Comment by Thyssen made on December 26, 2011 at 6:09 am

I hit the invisible wall on the catwalk near the first pipe in the current release patch, 12/25/2011. After running into it for a minute or so, I got disconnected. Once I reconnected, I could pass through the area where the wall once was.

        Quite odd.

        • Comment by Zeleon made on December 29, 2011 at 3:41 am

As of 12.28.11, I got all five of them! GO team.

          • Comment by Adeesho made on March 5, 2014 at 2:10 am

You know that happens. Mostly invisible walls mean bad server connection or ‘lag’. Check where your map is at work bars that look like Wi-Fi.

  2. Comment by Serseri made on December 15, 2011 at 3:37 pm

Codex says there are 6 datacrons on coruscant. Where is the 6th one?

    • Comment by Dreossk made on December 17, 2011 at 9:43 pm

The 6th one is the assembly chamber in the Jedi Temple.

    • Comment by Mikro made on December 19, 2011 at 2:49 pm

You get credit for the sixth one by visiting the Assembly Chamber in the Jedi Temple Ruins, turn right after taking the elevator. When you get the lore for The Assembly Chamber then it will read 6/6 datacrons.

  3. Comment by D. Andrew Terrill made on December 25, 2011 at 2:48 am

Would really be handy to note which zone each of these is in so you dont have to dig through the info.

    • Comment by rekkit made on December 25, 2011 at 8:30 pm

If you look at the first map picture for each guide, in the bottom right corner you can see the ‘world map’. This tells you which zone you need to be in.

  4. Comment by Gunslnger made on December 28, 2011 at 12:56 am

I don’t see how to get to the Cunning +2 one as I can’t jump high enough to get to the top of the boxes at the beginning.

    • Comment by Jirakur made on December 28, 2011 at 5:57 pm

You definitely can–I did it last night. You’ll often end up “clipping” up onto the boxes.

    • Comment by cybersleuth58 made on December 30, 2011 at 5:20 pm

Hold the W key down (forward key) and THEN jump so you can get high enough. If you are doing the opposite that is what is preventing you from achieving the height you need.

Don’t give up; ignore anyone who tries to tell you this is easy. It was hell for a lot of ppl. The feeling you get once you grab the datacron will make it all worth it. You CAN do this.

      • Comment by heyheyhey123123 made on October 6, 2012 at 8:31 pm

Thanks for the encouragement. I must’ve fell about 26 times, (legit, i was counting). At the works. I was about to give up but your words kept coming up. I got it at the end and you are definitely right that if you try enough you will make it.

  5. Comment by pissed made on December 29, 2011 at 1:44 am

Whoever designed the little ‘paths’ to get to some of these needs to be burned alive.

    • Comment by cybersleuth58 made on December 30, 2011 at 5:13 pm

You got that right. I must have fallen several dozen times before I got that one in Black Sun territory. I hate platform games; I don’t play them for a reason. At least I was finally able to get the damned thing but it was anything but fun.

    • Comment by BoomingEchoes made on January 21, 2012 at 11:24 pm

Not only that, but the person who implemented the way the characters jump into the game needs to be slapped.

I’m usually pretty amazing with my accuracy (i usually have to do my jumping to things AND my roommates in games like WoW and RIFT) but this game.. I don’t know how it comes out so wrong in this area.

The last part of the one in the Blacksun Area for instance -Theres no reason I should have been snagged by the sign only to get stuck a total of 12 times on my male Trooper, and a total of 16 times on my female Jedi Knight (who I did after I managed to figure out the jump on the Trooper) and have to wait for the unstuck button to become availible again so I could retry.

And the main issue with my JK was the fact that the two genders jump in a COMPLETELY different way. Males make it easier to jump and THEN press forward to move through (if I remember it), while females seem to need momentum to move through a forward jump fully, otherwise they just seem to skip forward.

Not saying they needed to make it easy on us, but somethings gotta give.

does anyone know how i can open coruscant space port map? it is only left for my full map.

      • Comment by Livewire made on January 29, 2012 at 10:51 am

I have to agree about the jumping issue. I have spent over 8 hours now trying to get the second datacron on Coruscant … I have made it all the way to jumping the entire hallway distance from one pipe to another and didn’t make it far enough (full sprint running jump)… now I can’t seem to make it up the second pipe jump from the beginning… I make it from the first to the second pipe … take that all the way past the huge downhill left around that corner … and at the next right corner … you can simply walk off to the pipe below but then you can’t seem to get up the next pipe… even jumping I don’t get enough distance to clear this (sticky spot) and if your toes keep hitting the spot it just forces your toon to slide right or left and they fall off the freaking pipe … right now I’m so dang frustrated it’s not funny. Blizzard made this a NON FUN part of this game … so now … the only people that ever make it with top specs in MMO’s according to Blizzard are those that don’t mind frustrating spots that yield only a point or two on a stat (insignificant looking at it as a per item thing) and the only xp is killing a small handful of mobs 100,000 times… of course my kill to death ratio is tremendous now hahaha.

        • Comment by M9000 made on September 21, 2017 at 10:50 pm

Use a speeder if you don’t feel confident in your ability to gap that jump. It gets some pretty good air, enough to gap it and then some. Also, use one of the smaller more mobile speeders, such as the Aratech Dagger, or the Czerka Patroller. The Patroller gets the most height, whereas the dagger goes farther. Either way, they start and end where you want them to.

Just to mention but if your a jedi knight you can allways challange someone who has maid it up to the datacrons and use force leap to get there yourself

    • Comment by Steve made on June 14, 2013 at 9:19 pm

Or just bring a friend and guardian leap.

  7. Comment by Amex made on March 4, 2012 at 11:32 pm

For the +2 Endurance, my girlfriend and I did it by dueling. I’m trooper, she’s shadow. I knocked her over the hard pipe jump and then she pulled me. Couldn’t get it by jumping.

  8. Comment by Altoscholto made on April 1, 2012 at 5:59 pm

I tried to get this and found it impossible to make the jump on step 2. it is a jump vertically of the same height as my characters height – do you have to be a bounty hunter or something to make this jump or what?

    • Comment by Altoscholto made on April 1, 2012 at 8:05 pm

sorry forgot this is a general page for all coruscant datacrons .. I was referring to the +2 Cunning one.
I did manage to make the totally improbable jump eventually 😛
But yeah, an incredibly hard one to get to..

  9. Comment by Jeffrey DeCoursey made on December 11, 2012 at 5:40 am

Um there’s only 5 datacrons listed here, in the codex log for Coruscant there are 6… I think the one you’re missing is either Aim or Willpower…

your missing a datacron, theres 6, not 5

quite by accident, I discovered that You can sometimes land on the handle on the end of the huge shipping containers.
Doing it via overhead view, it’s how I got past the first gap/jump for the cunning datacron in justicar territory. Once on the handle, simply keep hitting jump and pressing w

  14. Comment by John Jones made on December 29, 2014 at 9:13 am

Can you confirm that Imperial Characters CANNOT go to Coruscant. I would like for my Sith Inquisitor to acquire all the datacrons but if it isn’t possible, I can accept that. I just need confirmation please. Thank you.

    • Comment by kuno made on February 24, 2015 at 9:26 am

No you can never go to coruscant with an imperial character. You also cant go to ord mantel or the cross faction versions of balmora or taris (if you follow the storylines these planets are taken over during the war and characters of each faction visit them in different time frames.

This should have been blatently obvious if you were paying attention to anything in this game.

Also note that the datacrons are clearly listed as either Republic only or Imperial only when it can only be obtained by one faction or the other.

You can also just look in your achievements and it will tell you planet by planet under exploration whether a character in your legacy has obtained a specific datacron and they are also clearly listed as Republic or Imperial if they are faction specific

I dont know how this is not obvious…

  15. Comment by Daniel Carnovale made on February 13, 2017 at 12:41 am

Guys for the Cunning datacron, when jumping across the small pipes I found it easiest to just hug the wall. If you’re confident having auto-run on, you can run at an angle to the wall (about 45 degrees) and time the jump to land on the pipe. This helps give a reference point and I just felt safer doing it that way :p
