“Follow the road across three bridges south of Gorinth Outpost. After you cross the bridges you will see a pipe off the left edge. Run across this pipe and follow the small path around the hill. You will see the datacron bellow and you can jump down to it.”
No? I’ve been close to the other area and I did not come across said bridges.

  2. Comment by Ricz made on December 22, 2011 at 10:52 pm

Forget my previous comment. Didn’t notice this was Republic 😮

“Follow the road across three bridges south of Gorinth Outpost. After you cross the bridges you will see a pipe off the left edge. Run across this pipe and follow the small path around the hill. You will see the datacron bellow and you can jump down to it.”

It is true that there are 3 bridges BUT the last bridge is destroyed and cannot be crossed.
A better description would therefor be to follow the road south from Lower Makaran Outpost (closest taxi) until you get to the bridge and AA tower, then look for the pipe along the western ridge.

Also IGN has another datacron listed, I can confirm it to be where they claim, 726;1860.
Head to the entrance to the Crater Base in the Gorinth Canyon and you will see a big tower in front of you (looking south).
To the left is a small easily missed path, at the end is a champion, boss and 2 standard opponents and behind them a +4 presence datacron.

The datacron you are describing is Presence +2 datacron described above. IGN’s data is very very old from a beta 4 months ago when it was +4 presence. They cut that in half now. I will use your description for the bridges datacron though. Thanks!

      • Comment by Valerius made on December 24, 2011 at 2:51 pm

I collected the presence one yesterday, it was a +4 as far as I recall

  4. Comment by Shiredragon made on December 27, 2011 at 3:09 am

Aim is +4 as of 12-26-11

    • Comment by Shiredragon made on December 27, 2011 at 10:00 am

Note that the Tower for the Willpower Datacron is in ruins. The one across the broken bridge is NOT the one that they are talking about.

If you get to the broken bridge, turn around and look north ish. You should see the ruined AA tower. Behind it is the pipe.

  5. Comment by Di'Manti-Sheda made on December 29, 2011 at 5:58 pm

The one marked Presence +2 is actually Strength +2 and is in that location. The name is Galactic History 31: The Ritual of Nathema

    • Comment by Cozcak made on December 30, 2011 at 8:33 pm

I went to the one cited as Presence and that’s what it was, Presence.

      • Comment by Sean made on March 12, 2014 at 3:59 am

From the pictures, it’s in the same position as the Strength datacron for Imperials, which may be where the confusion lies.

  6. Comment by Antonius made on December 30, 2011 at 12:24 am

The Aim datacron on Balmorra (republic) is +4, not +2.

  7. Comment by Cozcak made on December 30, 2011 at 1:33 pm

The Datacron gave me a +5 Aim boost. The Datacron itself gives +4 but the Trooper Vanguard skill Steely Resolve (in the Shield Defense tree) adds an extra point. Nice increase for 5k credits.

I found a datacron down in the QUeen’s Nest @ -211,-294 in the Bugtown area.

It was behind the queen, but I could not figure out how to get it. You can see it from the ramp that leads down to it.

    • Comment by jedibcg made on January 3, 2012 at 9:51 pm

There is a hidden passage inside the Queen’s chamber to the left at -358, -230 that leads you through a tunnel straight to the datacron.

      • Comment by Bubay made on January 12, 2012 at 9:03 am

Just got this one today and did not need to take the path. After killing the queen for the bonus objective, take out the sapper elite mob behind her. You can then see the datacron through the open archway behind where the sapper was.

When looking at the opening, there are two pillar-things (stalagmites? Stalactites?Whichever ones are going up from the ground) that have flat tops. The one closer to the opening was low enough that you could barely jump on top of it.

From on top of this, you could make it to a little lip just to the right of the opening and just walk into where the datacron was.

I had sprint on for the whole jumping process and it was very easy.

    The Balmorra Republic-Endurance +3 was incorrect. The correct x,y is -445, -295.

Thanks for a greatly helpful website.

Jedi Knight 38lvl The presense datacron +4 presense points

  12. Comment by DatacronHunter made on January 6, 2012 at 2:14 pm

That may be Cunning +4 for the Imperial side, but the Okara Droid Factory datacron on the Republic side is a Green Matrix Shard.

    • Comment by DatacronHunter made on January 6, 2012 at 2:21 pm

DOH! … bugged, ain’t it? Text when you grab it says GMS, but it’s really cunning? Should list that up in the walkthrough!

      • Comment by swknight made on March 5, 2012 at 6:11 am

Republic side: it says +4 cunning, then it talks about getting a green shard, and how there may be others like that..etc. I didnt get to confirm that my cunning went up by 4. but I can confirm that I do not receive a green shard!

  13. Comment by Cleesox made on January 8, 2012 at 11:25 am

the Presence datacron popped as a +4 for me.
and im quite sure its the same one as it is in the same spot and gave the same codex entry

    • Comment by Jinemon made on February 10, 2012 at 10:04 pm

I have went through and gathered every datacron from every planet. I am at 66/67. I use a big body type and had no problems getting any of the datacrons. You have an excelent guide. It says 4/5 on Balmorra. I am Republic. Anyone else having this issue? I also have checked my Codex for the datacron entrys and this is what I have found: #4-14, 23-27, 33-47, 53-55, 57-87 which comes to a total of 60 entries. If anyone has recently finished Balmorra and can confirm if they get 5/5 or 4/5 I would be very grateful. Thank you.

  14. Comment by Agassi made on February 25, 2012 at 4:17 am

For the Willpower +4 datacron, when going to the vendor to get the lost lode cylinder, you should start where they start in the picture in the water to go across. you will hit a small exhaustion zone, friggin BW, trying to trick us.
but just keep going, you will get out of it shortly.

    • Comment by Agassi made on February 25, 2012 at 4:18 am

      correction Aim +4

      • Comment by Tom Mosby made on June 21, 2012 at 7:56 pm

avoid the vendor all together, just go around the hill with the chest and use the dirt ramp on the other side! its there to kill the collicoid at the top and can be used to get the datacron also.

  15. Comment by Vallimus made on February 27, 2012 at 4:20 am

the +4 cunning datacron also contains the green matrix shard

    • Comment by Dauntless made on August 9, 2012 at 8:29 pm

I did not find the green matrix shard here – and that’s the only reason I went after Cunning on my Trooper. I got Cunning +4, that’s all.

  16. Comment by Evgen88 made on March 16, 2012 at 4:44 am

Regarding the the Cunning +4 Datacron, the Okara Droid factory doesn’t have a heroic area on the Repulic side. It’s in the same place though. Normal and class missions there. So get it on your way through!

  17. Comment by Doc made on April 14, 2012 at 11:05 pm

Aim+4 on Balmorra is Galactic History 53: The Conclave at Deneba

    • Comment by Steven Cunningham made on April 16, 2012 at 12:29 am

The screenshot shows a blue datacron but this a yellow datacron.

  18. Comment by Luke made on May 4, 2012 at 7:00 pm

For the End +3 in the Colicoid Queens Lair, you have to go through a heroic area, i didnt have any trouble with it at all, makes me wonder if it even is a Heroic, but the warning came up.

  19. Comment by devin bricker made on May 23, 2012 at 8:13 pm

With regards to the presence datacron it is important to note to start out at the south outpost not the north one.

  20. Comment by Mondo made on May 27, 2012 at 1:52 pm

Went looking for the cunning one tonight, found the one here listed as cunning was AIM and the one listed AIM was willpower…now off to see if the willpower datacron is cunning…

    • Comment by Mondo made on May 27, 2012 at 2:27 pm

OK, ignore my comments, I have been awake too long and didn’t realise I was following the republic directions >.< Now to start again but using the empire ones (how embarrassment)

  21. Comment by worff made on June 3, 2012 at 4:45 pm

Should perhaps mention that the endurance datacron is at the far end of a heroic area. Not many mobs but they are strong and elite so be careful, or try the jumping tactic described earlier.

  22. Comment by Tom Mosby made on June 21, 2012 at 7:54 pm

in regards to AIM +4, you don’t need to go through the purchase process, just use the dirt trail up the other side of the mound to get to the chest. cheaper and free.

    • Comment by JW Theis made on March 13, 2013 at 10:48 pm

Tom, the vendor gives you the KEY to open the chest, not a way to get to it. Yes, you travel up the dirt mound to access the bridge, but you do need to get the key from the vendor to open the chest, which then reveals the datacron inside it.

  23. Comment by alestane made on November 14, 2012 at 3:52 am

The codex entry for the republic aim+4 is #53

  24. Comment by Roy Oestensen made on March 27, 2013 at 7:29 am

    Endurance +3, republic
Location needs to be corrected. The walkthrough gives it at -485, -233- It actually is in -446, -294, which means one will be somewhat mislead when searching for it.

The pictures are correct, though. It is on top of a pipeline, which helped me find it in the end.

  25. Comment by Rose Everwinter made on July 12, 2013 at 5:59 pm

There is no longer presence on balmorra, it is strength

    • Comment by Rose Everwinter made on July 12, 2013 at 5:59 pm

It is in roughly the same place as presence though

  26. Comment by Iluvatar made on September 22, 2013 at 9:17 am

For the cunning datacron, i just jumped right accross, and dropped down to a small ledge across from the pipe, you can then walk around and easier get the datacron.

  27. Comment by Anita_Montresor made on October 4, 2013 at 2:39 am

The datacron inside the Okara Droid factory, Republic side, is not inside a Heroic Area. The same area IS a heroic area on the Imperial side (and there is a datacron there in the same location), but not here.

  28. Comment by NobPL made on April 3, 2014 at 3:26 pm

if they are rep datacrons, why in cunning one you have imp?

  29. Comment by Vaiz made on August 4, 2014 at 6:36 pm

The datacron at X: 191, Y: -346 (aim+4) is actually willpower (+2) just done it on my Operative.
