For clarification, the coords are dead on, the location is UNDER the giant King’s Cannon, entrance to the south of the cannon area. Just run down, take a right at the T and it is on your direct right on a little platform.
The entrence to The King’s Hall is directly under and south(behind) the big ass turret.
Once your in there, you’ll want to take the first right when you come in there. youll see the box on your right in the room you enter.
