I got this entry by killing the Voracious Belsavis Varactyl in the High Security Section, -140, 1438.
Need to add where the high security section is. It doesn’t show up on the map so finding the location is difficult unless you know where that place is.
None of my toons are able to gain this Bestiaty entry in my Codex log when searching the coordnates given for Taris… this is actually a Bogwater Drone not a Voractyl… either they moved the Voractyl location on Taris or it can longer be gained there.
Just an update here, this codex entry for Republic is only gained on Belsavis and doesn’t count towards a Taris entry. It may count for Empire if they find one on Taris. Can’t confirm Empire entry though having no imp who’s gotten to Taris or Belsavis yet. Might want to remove this from the Taris entries if an Empire player can confirm that they too only received the entry on Belsavis as well.
Confirmed. This is not a Taris entry. I have 5/5 Bestiary for Taris and this is not one of them.

Just got the Codex from a Rabit Belsavis Veractyl killed on Belsavis above the Republic Watchtower in the High Security Section as Sith player, took a few kills of the same kind to get it.

Did as republic player. You need to kill Voracious Belsavis Varactyl at -222, 1307.

there is no Prowling Varactyl at X:-1352, Y:411 in Republic Resettlement Zone in Taris for the Republic side !
