An update would be very, very much appreciated.
I’ve found the Selonian at 1144, 24 and kill them all. But there is no Codex Entry. Maybe there is a Quest and a Boss will come at the end?

I got the Selonian codex (post 3.0 update) with my Republic character. A plaque on a stand near the Republic Med droid in the lower left area of Blastfield Shipyards @ 75,1821.
This is as duplicate codex. Blastfield Shipyards is just a Republic faction area, and that codex is thus is limited to just Republic characters. The one in labor valley is good for either faction.
Found with my Republic Character at x74, y1821, z-16. The lore sign was on a post near Agent Halloway, who gives the “Hostage Negotiations” quest
