Most of these can be loosely categorized as either scavengers or pirates.Scavengers tend to stake out a small section of the ruins and generally avoid military confrontation, although they frequently ambush civilians passing through areas they have “claimed” or pillage choice sectors after a Republic cleanup crew has sorted out the debris.In contrast, pirates are far more aggressive. Traveling in armed bands, they typically attack on sight. The entrance to Fallen Spire Stronghold is at 127, -160 A bit to the NW of the entrance to the marsh.
These are most definitely NOT the correct coordinates to the entrance; the actual ones are 137, -295. For whatever reason, when you press M for the map, you have to slightly move your mouse so the coordinates for your character’s position show correctly. I’ve found that if you just press M and don’t move, the game gives you the incorrect coordinates for where you are standing. Most inconvenient…

the coords for empire are 994,858 but the object seems bugged..it is not useable
994,858 is correct for Empire, just got the update there
It might help if people actually mentioned what map these coordinates were on. It’s Sinking City, by the way.
There are 2 Pirates and Scavengers codex’s , first one is Level 16 Republic
