Bugged for me. I’ve completed every quest on Balmorra including the bonus series. I assumed after meeting with Pirrell it would’ve given me the entry, but no such luck.
same here, i haven’t got the codex after meeting him and i’m a Bounty Hunter, so the correct class. i did every quest, every bonus, and every heroic, plus my story line of course. still nothing
