However, the Baran Do Sages faded into obscurity once the Jedi took over training the Force-sensitive Kel Dor.Kel Dor inhabit all walks of Republic life, from powerful Jedi Masters to lowlife bounty hunters. Culturally, they tend to view life in black-and-white terms. Kel Dor aren’t above acts of vigilantism, meting out personal justice if they believe a grievance warrants it. |

The only Kel Dor I saw on Ord Mantell was the final fight for the smuggler class quest. Two bounty hunters, one Kel Dor and one Mon Calamari, show up in the spaceport hanger on Ord Mantell to collect the bounty on you.
However, neither of my smugglers got the codex entries.
I haven’t tried this, but maybe you have to use bio-analysis on the Kel Dor that Sepp mentioned?
How can u use Bio-analysis if u don’t have crew skills in this part of game. It’s bugged.
Perhaps this has been changed since beta and It is possible that you get this entry thru some codex item, like with the Ugnaught one, as opposed to killing the species.

This codex is bugged. It is not obtainable in the game at this time.
