Where exactly do you gain entry to these caves? I found an entrance nearby, but it’s phased as Group (I assume a daily heroic quest?) – is there a quest required? Thanks!

Jacuh’s coordinates are wrong. The flag is located in the Lustar cave. Entrance to the cave is x: 832 y: -1982. The flag itself is located in the first main room of the cave at x: 791 y: -2171.
I’m not sure why Republic has a separate location, as they can easily access this one.
