Hop on the ledge and follow it around to the second mesh platform. Cross the beam over to the large tube, drop down to the ruptured tube and follow that til it goes into the wall. Drop down to the ledge below, follow it til you see a platform with a hole in it and drop to that. Through that hole you can see another tube (move camera around, you should see the datacron). Drop down to that tube and walk out to the edge and drop down to the datacron.
