The Dreviad Wastes are nowhere near that Y-loc. I’ve yet to find this particular Lore item, but I can say for certain it’s not found at the loc specified above.
Found my error the correct Y cord is -1998.

Confirmed on Tatooine.
I am looking for this entry but there is no -2008 y coordinate as the max is 1227 and the min is -274. I was also wondering if there were any screenshots available?
I believe these are coords for Tatooine.
Does anyone know the loc for this update on Hutta?

434 is the bugged coordinate that the map shows before you move after having it open (it’s really the Z coordinate).
Proper coordinates are: 596, -1999.

Also gave me credit for Tatooine.
I received credit for this codex entry this way as well. I chose the Dark Side option at the end of the dialogue.
Just did Hutta on my BH and did not get this update, even though I did kill the Czerka guy in dialogue as others mentioned. I wonder if they were all agents? I’ve seen other codex entries bugged by class, but they’re usually ones you would get during a class quest.
If you are a BH on Hutta you can get it by doing the Black Death quest I left him alive and got the codex.
I also got he Czerka codex entry from the Black Death conclusion. I picked the two light side options which culminated in telling him the Evocii were the personal property of Nem’ro. He packed up and left and I received the codex entry at the same time as the quest updated.
