Is there a level requirement for this as well? I have completed the quest and I haven’t gotten the title.
We have contacted Customer Support regarding this title and they answered that the title has been removed from the game.
However, the codex still lists 2 entries. So either a new undiscovered title has been added, or the codex itself is still bugged. My guess is the latter.

Yes – there seems to be a bug and once you do this quest you still do not get the codex entry.
Although the Codex entry still exists according to the planet overview, they removed this title from the game. I am not sure yet if they intend to re-enter it, so tentatively I will say ‘You cannot get this title anymore.’
Boy do they have a lot of work to do with the codex. I think every planet has unattainable entries of some kind, and is impossible to complete.
This Title was Removed after Beta, as such it is no longer in game.
In relation to the Inquistor Title codex for Korriban, perhaps the Title of “Apprentice” now applies since this one was removed. However, obtaining the title still does not update the codex, so there is a bug somewhere.
This title seems to be tied to the Codex entry for the Sith Academy. If you did not get the Sith Academy at level 1, then you cannot get this title either after finishing ‘The Hate Machine’ quest.
I’ve gotten the Sith Academy codex entry at level 1, still didn’t end up getting this title though. Only thing I’m missing from Korriban in the codex.
I put in a ticket and was told this is not in the game.

I just completed the quest as a level 50 sorcerer. The log said I “Discovered codex entry ‘Imperial Scholar’. It is listed in the Codex under “Achievement: Titles”. However, I did not actually gain the title, but I did complete the planet’s codex set. I now have 28/28.
Correction: I do have the title. It was listed as “playername, Imperial Scholar”.

Looks like they recently fixed this title – you get it by completing the Heroic 2 – The Red Engine
Anyone tried recently? Did the heroic twice now with no title.
same problem, probably broken by 4.0 instant heroic finish, not that great of a title anyway
