He was on a mission to return a high-security Imperial data card to the Vanguard Outpost. Now the card is in Republic hands.

You must retrieve the data card before they decrypt it. In truth, only a handful of the creatures have the intelligence required for domestication. Kinto wants you to kill the few pantran whitefangs that are trainable and crush the Republic’s hopes of having a combat-worthy specimen.

He blamed a Doctor Tabo for causing the Colicoid attack on the complex. Doctor Tabo himself contacted you and admitted his involvement but asked you to help cover it up.
