Working with Sergeant Elara Dorne, a local Republic officer, you have discovered that Needles and his Imperial allies have been capturing Republic soldiers as part of a project to weaponize the rakghoul disease that runs rampant on Taris.

It is now believed that Needles is perfecting his creation in a secret laboratory deep within the ruins of an old transport station.
