Tried to pick up this quest after completing Nar Shaddaa the first time around.
Not done any Heroics as I am on a quiet server and getting an ally is difficult; however.
I am level 25 – Quest states L24, min L17

Colonel Harok has a grey triangle, which going by other MMO’s means that he has a quest, but I am not eligible (Yet).
I know that I have some level 30 stuff to do here later but would really like to pick up the colour shard. are the quest details up to date?

Lies, that’s impossible if the min level is 17. Still waiting for how to do that though.
