      Wait until Tuesday morning after the server re-sets and he should be available then.

    I’ve also found that if you go to a champ with a huge respawn timer right after a new instance of the planet has been opened, you can generally find him up. So, watch your map. If a new instance opens, switch immediately and go kill the boss.

    When I killed it first i had to wait for another instance to appear, but seems like they changed the respawn timer – i managed to kill it 3 times this morning, every time i passed by, it was there.

      That explains why I found him up about 2 hours ago, and was able to get the achievement
