She is 2nd companion for Trooper, u get her at end of class quest line on Taris.
Elara doesn’t accept my Courting gifts as a male trooper. I’m not sure if there is criteria I haven’t met, or if this was something she accepted in beta but no longer.
You have to be in romance and then she will accept Courting gifts.

After A2 isn’t entirely correct. At the BEGGINING of A2 is when I start courting, it’s roughly around 4600 affection with Elara when you start getting the “Flirt” choices.
