wich quest? i have done every single (republic) heroic quest on nar shaddaa and have never seen this mobs.
The Heroic 4 quest is empire only.

Update: Confirmed you don’t actually need to be on the quest to access the area/kill the Elder Vrblther.
How can a Republic Player have access to this area (Network Access)?
I was trying, but the map for Network Access, on Nar Shaddaa, is different of this showed at [Heroic 4] Hunger of the Vrblthers.

Seriously flawed.
1. how about giving the name of the heroic 4 mission
2. the coords given for the mission terminal re not in the network access area
3. the coords given for the entrance to the heroic area are not in the network access area
This entry is currently bugged for Republic players and is unobtainable. We’ll have to wait for a patch to either fix or remove the entry.
AFAIK this entry is Empire only. Please update this page to reflect that.
super easy to get thisL just go to your group finder, hit solo tab at top, select Nar Shadda (this will put you in front of the heroic termanial), select Heroic 2+ Hunger of the vrblthers and you will be able to quick travel straight there. soon as you go up the elevator and to your right, there is a elder Vrblthers elite there. all done
