The Lore object that gives this codex entry can be found at 1254,-2779 in the Duros Sector of Nar Shadda.

As an additional note: The Duros Sector is Empire-only. There is no way to get there as a Republic character (at least that I am aware of).
This is in a Sith Warrior only phase.
No raiderpb, the datapad is next to a Sith Warrior phase, not in it. All Empire can get it.

So, where’s it at Republic side? My planet list is showing 4 lore objects in Nar Shaddaa, and I’ve got my Consular one, plus the other two general ones, leaving this to be the last.
This lore achievement is currently unavailable for the Republic.

i’m republic and i got that lore. i just dont remeber where i got it.
The Republic side object is in the Redlight District. Its a datapad on a table in one of the drug labs you take out for a quest. Its the southern lab on the West side of the map.
Correction, that one is the Spice Trade that is in the Red Light District.
Found the Republic side version of this codex entry! Coords 2460,3155 in Shadowtown! Giving props to my guildie for finding it during the Chevin event!

I found a datapad at 2458,-1552 in Shadow Town that granted me this entry. I am a Vanguard and confirmed in my codex that I have this entry thanks to this datapad.
X/Y bug : Datapad for Rep is at 2459, 3153 by cursor on area map. Bttom of area map, under SIS Base, south left corner of big room. Have screen shot of map location.
