This is at least the 3rd if not the 4th or more title achievement that I have not received after completing chain. Got the CODEX: RAKATA entry for this, but no title. Also no Paladin title on Alderaan, no title for doing Mandalorian chain on Taris, none of the titles on Nar Shadda. Sure would be nice if they would adjust their codex and fix the many, many bugged entries; although I do get that it’s not a high priority.

They must have removed this title, as it is no longer awarded for this accomplishment. There is a notation for a title 0/1 in the codex for this planet but I don’t yet know what it is.

  I find it so annoying that they removed them with out updating the planet’s list.
