Yes I got the same issue; discovered the Nerf entry when Alderaan beastiary was full but it didn’t show up on any other planet like the Wingmaw on Balmorra did for Tython.
I Got Nerf Entry in Alderaan in the Kings Pass ( x 3171 ; y 151 ) near a series of Nerf Stables

it can not be set on alderan cause on db alderan have 5 bestiary entry and this is the 6,
you can see only on “bestiary” entry
Found this tonight on Empire side with my Agent and it does count for Bestiary codex entry. It was the first I found so far. will see about posting a pic. (gotta find a site to upload it from) but this does count as an Empire Bestiary entry for Alderaan
I can confirm that this can be gotten on both Republic and Imperial chars. It adds an entry to your bestiary but it doesn’t count for Alderaan’s bestiary category. A “hidden” entry of some sort.
This should be on the ALDERAAN entry of Bestiaries. Please update that table.
