any ideas were this updates? i done all the quests explored every bit of the map.
Should be obtained when you complete “Down in History” and defeat the Imperial Guard but I went into the instance, completed the quest, and was unable to obtain it. Went around the entire museum hugging the walls, and ran into the instance portal (without success). Seems to be a bugged codex entry.
It is not buggy. I got it shortly before i left the museum with my jedi Consular during the quest “Down in History.”
But i killed the commander Tainor =)

So if you completed the quest and somehow didn’t get the entry, you are SOL. Gg bioware.
For instance, if you quick travelled out of the instance after you were done.
I can confirm that you CAN get this entry by re-entering when another person does the quest in case you missed it the first time when YOU did the quest.
Yep i got it after a guild friend took me back in on that mission again.
BTW. It is buggy u can go in and out without getting the update,
Clarification.
During the quest “Down in History” you enter Axial Park: Museum Republica and battle/defeat Commander Tainor. As you walk/run out of the area near the ‘green wall’ you will trip the award of the codex (488,-2241). Quest is still active as you must still speak to General Aves.
