At this moment Intelligence Profile: The Red Blade (Agent) seems to be bugged.
I didn’t get this lore either.. does anyone know if the bug has been fixed or if there is a way to get it again?
nope its still bugged. I sent in a ticket about a week ago, and the response they sent me stated basicly that they are aware of the problem, but don’t have a time frame as to when it will be fixed.
As of today (9th of June 2012), I filled out yet another ticket on this. And MIRACLE! A CS chatted with me and granted my this Codex Entry!!!

I can confirm this is indeed bugged and cannot be received through normal means, but a friendly CS agent (“Paul”) unlocked this for me today.

I can confirm that this is no longer bugged. You earn it upon completion of the death of the Real Red Blade as part of the last mission you get on Hutta.
