Ye I think this guy is in the jedi temple, before you collect the red data cron. I cant seem to beat him will confirm when i go back later.
I killed the elite near the datacron in the Jedi Temple and it did _not_ give me this Codex entry.
Dark Sith Anev Xydes is at the Jedi Temple where the red datacron is.

only time i met darth angral was via the holo transmit still no codex achievement.
I’m not sure about this but at the end of chapter 1 of Jedi Knight, you face Angral and kill him, but I can’t remember if you get the codex of him when you kill him.
Already killed him, and still no codex entry
