is there a specific mission needed to unlock thos one i did all balmora exept maybe 1 or 2 heroic and haven’t found it
Strange, I just got this title on my character for some reason. The title itself is on my character yet my codex says I am missing it and it’s not in any of my entries, either for the Balmorra total or the actual Achievement: Titles section.
bugged atm. but i can confirm that the quest you need to do, is HEROIC 4 Mandalorian terror.
but as ren said, it appears in your character screen as selectable, but you dont get codex entry for it.
This title is unlocked by completing the [HEROIC 4] Mandalorian Terror quest.
The quest is given by Alya Selray in the Gorinth Outpost (Republic) at map coord: -19, 155.
The codex entry hasn’t been updated (bug?), but the title is confirmed as unlocked.

Just completed the given mission MANDALORIAN TERROR and DID NOT GET this title/ Codex Entry.
I believe this entry may b BUGGED
This is still bugged (hardly surprising) as of today, for my character, Heroic 4 completed, yet no title been given, despite having logging off and logging back on, as well as fully quitting the game a few times. May work for some, but obviously not for all.
