Is this along the path toward the cave with the Collicoid Queen? Or is it located inside a phase? I’ve been searching and killing resistance members everywhere here and I still can’t get the entry.
Note: I’m a BH and I’ve completed every quest on Balmorra, including the Bonus Series.
Okay, so I chanced upon this after helping someone get a datacron. It’s inside the Neebray Warehouse (level 1). Correct Coords should be X: -501; Y: 2014.

I’ve found this at X: -136 Y : 2010 while doing the “Hasty Exit” quest for Republic side inside Camp Shadow; near Gorinth Canyon.
At the south of the map, go into the Neebray warehouse. As you emerge from the dog-leg entrance the lore object is right in front of you on a bank of computers, before you go up the small ramps.
Neebray Warehouse Codex link for Empire Balmorran Resistance is broken can click it but doesn’t register. I wish Bioware would fix their broken planetary links so that players can complete all the codices.
Have you checked your codex database? It’s happened to me couple of times. I’ve got codex entry, but without any notifications.
