Appears to be bugged, as everyone I’ve ever talked to remains at 12/13 game rules, even at level 50 with everything completed.
Strange thing about it, on my BH and Trooper i have 13/14 lacking this one…but on sith inquistor max is /13…one way or another bugged.
where u manage to get the item modification with your trooper? in which workbench?
I’m pretty sure that smugglers / agents and troopers / bounty hunters get a codex entry for energy cells; that’s why they have x/14.
As a trooper im still 12/14 and i cant get the item modification, i tried in 3 workbenches and nothing
To get the item modification codex entry there is actually a small plate on a stand, similar to the other statue and world lore items on your starter planet. That is what actually yields the “Item Modification” Codex Entry.
It should have given you a quest initially to do that when you got your first weapon, but it could be bugged..
The codex entry for the soldier is bugged, as you don’t receive the quest when you get your first orange item.
So buying an augment or mod, etc. with “Shield Rating” will have positive results with offhand Generator? Was told on Shield and not generator or focus, but I do not know for sure. Thank you very much.
Looks like this was removed from the status bars sometime recently. Codex status bar lists only 13 entries now.
