Located on the Republic Fleet’s Starfighter Launch Deck, next to the entrance to the flashpoint Kuat Drive Yards.
Pick up the quest from the broken terminal to start the story for the flashpoint Kuat Drive Yards, then interact with another terminal and you’ll get a short cutscene with Republic starfighter crew members.
Click on Kendra Novar to get the Codex entry. (Kuat quest might not be needed, I didn’t check.)
