    Just killed him and looted Advanced Might Armoring 7 (BoE), [Prototype] UD-29 Motor (BoE), and Webbed Ammo Belt (BoP)

    You need to be a certain Consular mission to be able enter that area. If not, the entrance shown above is not open.
