Respawn time is about 15m. Saw him being killed, after 10 minutes his body desapeared and 5 minutes later he was there again.
The coordinates given above for this fight is wrong. He spawns at -249 X 225 under the huge ball just north of these coordinates given by the image above. I spent 10 minutes trying to find him near X -261 and Y 218 and did not find him. I came north below the ball at my coordinates stated here and there he was, dead, but he was there.

not sure why, but he didn’t drop what is in the loot list for me, got a pair of green heavy pants, as a sorc, most wasted 2 min of my life in a while.
10/10 would NOT do again.
spawns faster now apparently, 5~ish min after kill he was up again, got a pair of green light boots this time.
still 10/10 would Not do again.
