He is only DPS/Heals. He is not a tank

After Alderaan, Quinn tells you about his past and reason for why he ended on Balmorra. That story evoked in me the wish to travel back there and avenge him.
However, he tells you his story, but I do t have anything in my questlog, neither in the codex.
Do we get that as quest?
I talked to him about this below level 30 (i was like level 25) I didn’t get a quest either. Later on (or right away, i dont remember) I think he goes by himself if you allow it.
Eventually the Moff Broysc arc gets resolved, Quinn takes care of the whole thing. I think I was early 40’s by the time it ended.
Romance option for Female Sith Warriors.
He becomes available at the end of the Balmorra Class Quests, head back to your ship before doing the bonus quests and you can pick him up. If your a juggernaut tank he comes in very handy.
Most of the companions have a “love” option for gifts especially for courting. Female warriors get the shaft again from Bioware with Quinn.
