M1-4X’s weapon is a blaster turret (droid gear) and he has tanking abilities.
Although it is a blaster turret it fits a blaster rifle and thats what you equip him with. Also I would refer to him more as a ranged tank than a ranged DPS
He is ranged tank, since he got taunt skills and shield.
